Hospital Referrals

If hospital care is required, most patients are referred to Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester, though some may choose to go to Poole, Bournemouth or possibly further afield depending on what treatment is needed.

If you are referred to hospital you will receive paperwork from us to enable you to book your appointment with the hospital of your choice via the NHS E-referral system.
