Spring COVID vaccines are available to patients who have a weakened immune system plus those aged 75 years and over. Wareham Hospital have walk in clinics on Mondays and Wednesdays 09.00 - 16.30

If you are visiting our practice area and need the services of a Doctor or a Nurse, please make an appointment. When you arrive at reception you will need to complete a temporary resident form.   Temporary residents can be for 2 weeks or for those working in the area for up to 3 months.
